By placing an order with Photo-Tile, you agree to the following.
Most orders are produced and ready to ship within 5–10 business days. This excludes shipping time. If you need your tiles by a specific date, contact us before ordering and we'll let you know if it's possible.
We ship via USPS, UPS, or FedEx on standard ground service. This is based on which is most efficient for your delivery address. If you need express shipping, contact us before placing your order, additional charges apply.
Inspect print quality, colors, etc for correct spacing and alignment.
Email us at info@photo-tile.com with photos of the problem to report an issue.
Because every tile is custom-made for you, we don't accept returns. If your tiles arrive damaged or with a verified print defect, we will replace the affected tiles free of charge, provided you report it within the window above.
We do not offer refunds regardless. Product is made to order.

By uploading a photo, you confirm that you own it or have the right to use it for this purpose. We only use your photo to produce your order. Photo-tile is not responsible for any copyright issues arising from images you submit. Do not upload images you don't own rights to without permission, including copyrighted artwork, logos, or trademarked imagery.
If we spot a technical problem with your image (resolution too low, file corrupted, etc.), we'll contact you to work it out. If we can't reach you within 24 hours, we'll proceed with our best judgment and you agree to accept the result. If there's no good solution, we'll cancel the order and refund you in full.
Colors on your screen and colors on a printed tile will not be identical. Final results are affected by monitor settings, printing process, and the tile material itself. We do our best to match your image, but cannot guarantee a pixel-perfect color match.
Tile sizes are approximate. Because tiles are made from natural materials fired at high heat, there's always a small variation from tile to tile. This is normal and consistent with industry standards.
Tiles are not recommended for floors, pools, or anywhere subject to heavy impact, abrasion, chemicals, or prolonged direct sun.
Our liability is limited to the amount you paid for the affected product. We're not responsible for installation costs, contractor fees, or any other downstream expenses.
We may update these terms here and there. The current version is always on this page, dated accordingly. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
