No. We use a sublimation printing process where dyes penetrate into a polymer layer on the tile surface.

Are the tiles scratch resistant?

Sublimation tiles may scratch with enough force.

What finishes are available?

We offer glossy and matte finishes.

What will the print quality look like?

Print quality depends on the image, tile finish, and type. Gloss tiles offer photo-like quality, while matte tiles have a softer look with less contrast.

How do I clean the tiles?

Can I grout the tiles?

Matte ceramic tiles can be grouted with unsanded grout. Gloss ceramic tiles are decorative and should not be grouted.

Can I reorder a specific tile if one is damaged?

Yes. Tiles are marked and we keep all ordered images on file for reordering.

What is your return policy?

Custom-made products are not returnable unless damaged during shipping, in which case we will replace them if reported within 24 hours.
